Eine Veranstaltung des Förderkreises Ehemalige Synagoge Laudenbach e.V.

Der Förderkreis ehemalige Synagoge Laudenbach e.V. lädt Sie ein zu einem zauberhaften Abend, an dem wir Sie in die Welt jüdischer Geschichten und Legenden entführen wollen. Zwei bekannte Künstler aus unserer Region haben sich für diesen Abend zusammengefunden: Karola Graf, die bekannte Märchenerzählerin aus Himmelstadt und Franz Berwind mit seiner Gruppe FrankenStreich aus Halsheim.

Mit viel Charme und dem für die jüdische Welt eigenen hintergründigen Witz, aber auch mit tiefer Lebensweisheit kommen die Geschichten daher, die Karola Graf uns erzählt. Jahrhundertelang mündlich weitergegeben und erst später schriftlich festgehalten, haben sie eine ähnliche Vergangenheit wie unsere Volksmärchen, Sagen und Legenden – nur dass sie eben aus der jüdisch-orientalischen Lebenserfahrung berichten. Karola Graf schafft es mit ihrer wunderbaren Erzählkunst, eine uralte Tradition wieder aufleben zu lassen, die den Zuhörer unweigerlich in ihren Bann zieht. Ja – so muss das auch bei uns gewesen sein, als man um das Feuer herumsaß und die alten Geschichten immer wieder hören wollte.

Musikalisch umrahmt werden die Erzählungen mit Klezmermusik von der Gruppe FrankenStreich. Klezmer ist die wundervoll melancholische aber auch temperamentvoll-mitreißende Musik der Juden Osteuropas, die vor allem bei jüdischen Festen von Wandermusikern gespielt wurde, von Franz Berwind und seiner Gruppe mit viel Gefühl und Esprit umgesetzt.

Vor der Veranstaltung und in der Pause können Sie sich mit guten Häppchen und Getränken stärken. Wir freuen uns auf einen zauberhaften Abend mit Ihnen! Der Eintritt ist frei, am Ausgang steht ein Spendenkörbchen zur Unterstützung unseres Vereins bereit.
